This machine is designed to insert PE liners into PP woven bags, which are widely used in industries such as sugar, nitrates, flour, fertilizers and etc.

Our latest Automatic Bag Conversion Line with Liner Insertion that produces stitched woven bags with stitched or loosely inserted liner in the woven bags. The entire process of :

• Cutting of Bag
• Cutting of Liner
• Sealing of Liner
• Insertion of Liner inside the Bag
• Bottom folding and stitching of Bag with Liner

is automated and can produce bags efficiently with speed up to 36 bags/min.
